Similar to standard Japanese, 関西弁（かんさいべん） regularly omits particles when they are not needed. A common example of this is 思（おも）う being used instead of と思（おも）う, to convey that the speaker 'thinks' something.

In the case of nouns and な-Adjectives, which would usually require だ before と思（おも）う, や will be used instead.
