  • I paid with Paypal but my subscription has still not been activated

    Each PayPal subscription needs to be manually activated by us. Your subscription time will start from the moment we activate it, not when you’re charged.

  • What happens if I want to change my subscription type?

    Any leftover subscription time will be prorated as a special discount towards your new subscription, equivalent to the leftover time you had.

  • What are my payment options?

    Bunpro supports subscriptions via all debit and credit cards, or PayPal.

  • What happens if I subscribe while I’m still on a trial?

    Any leftover trial time will be respected, we won’t charge you until its used up.
